About

I work with business owners who’ve spent years building something meaningful and want it handled right when it’s time to sell. I bring honest advice, steady guidance, and full transparency from valuation to closing.

I run my brokerage practice alongside my father as part of the Amerivest team. With two generations of experience, we help Florida business owners and buyers navigate deals from Main Street to the lower middle market. We{re hands-on, not high-volume. We don’t pass clients off or rush the process. We listen, we do the work, and we stay with you from the first meeting through the day you hand over the keys.

Before becoming a broker, I spent over a decade in financial services and strategic advisory roles, including at UBS and Merrill Lynch in New York, Miami, and Zürich. My work there centered on helping clients navigate complex financial decisions — skills I bring to every business sale today.

Many of the clients I work with are first-time sellers. They often don’t know what to expect — and they shouldn’t have to. I guide them through each step: from valuation and preparing financials, to confidential marketing, buyer screening, negotiations, due diligence, and closing. I also support buyers looking for the right opportunity, and I frequently work with first-time buyers, strategic investors, and franchise resales.

I provide bilingual support in English and Spanish and work closely with lenders, attorneys, accountants, and other trusted professionals to keep deals moving. My goal is to make sure you feel informed, protected, and respected throughout the process — whether you’re selling now or just exploring your options.

I hold an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS from the University of Florida. I’m also an investor and board member in a Florida-based home services company.

This work is personal for me. I grew up around business owners, so I understand what it means to build something over decades — and how hard it can be to let go. That’s why I approach every engagement with care, discretion, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
