Her business ownership experience included 8-years of building, owning, and operating premium fitness retail locations, a company she exited with a successful sale in 2012. Before business ownership, Ananda excelled in a decade-long marketing and sales career working directly with small companies in forming their brand identity and business development.
Since then Ananda has completed over 150 leasing transactions and over 30 business purchase/sale transactions. Her well-rounded business and commercial experience provides her clients with a dedicated, savvy, and knowledgeable broker who understands first-hand how much each dollar and deal point matters.
