I am Andy Erskine, founder and Managing Partner of Voyage Acquisitions, a Houston-based mergers and acquisitions advisory firm. I started Voyage Acquisitions to give owners of privately held businesses the kind of guidance usually reserved for much larger companies. We represent sellers and buyers in transactions valued from $750,000 to more than $100 million, and every engagement receives confidential, hands-on attention from start to finish.

Business has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up around family businesses in residential moving, gas stations, quick service restaurants, and software. Since 2011, I have been part of Management 2000, a growth strategy firm built on the principles of Peter Drucker, where I have consulted with more than 200 brands. That experience shapes how I approach every deal: I look at a business the way an owner does, and I help buyers see the value that owner has built.

At Voyage Acquisitions, our goal is simple. We help business owners sell on their terms, protect the legacy they have built, and move confidently into their next chapter.

Outside the office, I love spending time with my family and our household of animals: two dogs, two cats, and a parrot who always has something to say. When I get the chance, you will find me fishing. I bring the same patience and persistence to every transaction.
