Brad Tait founded the company in 2003 after leaving his career as an experienced Senior Executive in the Internet, Franchising and Retail Entertainment industries. Before leaving the corporate world he amassed over 30 years of exceptional performance and a proven track record of achieving exemplary results. He has now been working in acquisitions, both at a corporate and an independent capacity for over 25 years.

His experience buying and selling companies, handling operational conversion of acquisitions, marketing business transactions, starting new businesses from scratch and his experience in franchise development have all contributed to his expertise and success.
