Charlie Cole is a mergers, acquisition and valuation specialist with a diversity of experience in the private, closely held business arena. Having worked in large corporate environments, but primarily in small and family owned businesses, Charlie has a comprehensive business background spanning over 30 years, which includes experience in startups as well as established entities. Charlie spent a large portion of his career as President of manufacturing and service firms and served on the boards of both state and nationally chartered banks. His experience comes from direct hands-on management, ownership, valuation and transfer of small to mid-size companies.

As founder and President of Cole & Company, Inc., a firm that offers business intermediary services, business valuations and machinery & equipment appraisals; Charlie has consulted, valued and transferred ownership of manufacturing, service, medical, agricultural, retail, distribution and professional practice firms throughout the United States. Charlie has been awarded several prestigious designations including; “Lifetime CBI” by the International Business Brokers Association, “BCA” by the International Society of Business Appraisers and CMEA by the NEBB Institute. These designations are held by a select group of individuals located throughout the U.S. and around the world offering business valuation and transfer expertise to Entrepreneurs, Lenders, Attorneys, CPA’s, Governmental Agency’s and Business Buyers and Sellers.
