Daren is the owner of Transworld Business Advisors of Portland and Vancouver. Prior to getting into business sales he worked as a health care executive responsible for operations with over 20 years of business experience managing multiple service sectors for various corporations. Daren is also a small business and franchise owner as well as a Licensed Real Estate Principal Broker in Oregon and a Designated Managing Broker in Washington as well as a Certified Franchise Consultant. He is a creative, strategic thinker skilled at process improvement and solving complex problems. Daren is skilled at identifying and addressing pitfalls of any transaction and prefers to work proactively with clients to address issues that may be a barrier to a sale. Daren is focused on supporting his team as they serve business owners and entrepreneurs in achieving their business goals whether that be the development of an exit strategy to sell their business or to grow their business through acquisitions or converting their business into a franchise. This past year Daren was recognized for his work in closing one of the largest M&A transactions to date within the Transworld franchise system.
