Coming from an engineering background, David has a process-oriented approach to selling businesses that has proven successful in a wide range of industries. David has a track record of negotiating and problem solving to ensure the deal stays on track.
As the broker in charge of a large business brokerage for eight years, he now runs the Arkansas and East Coast operations with The Deal Firm. He specializes in manufacturing, distribution, as well as various service related businesses. David received numerous industry wide awards and helped build leading business evaluation tools and business brokerage training manuals.
David Buboltz is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) with the International Business Broker Association and licensed Real Estate Broker. David also has served on the board of a multi-state Business Broker Association and is committed to the development and professionalization of the industry.
On his off time, David runs a homestead with his wife, four small children, and chocolate lab named Bo.
