Services Offered
We assist in the successful completion of the following 12 steps:

1. Have a preliminary meeting with the seller to evaluate their goals and objectives

2. Prepare a free valuation of the business, using our proprietary valuation model, combined with our years of experience

3. Once the seller knows the value of their business, we assist them in making an informed decision about the marketability of their business

4. Work with the seller to decide if now is a good time to sell

5. Help the seller in setting an asking price fore their business

6. Design and confidently implement a detailed marketing plan to find a buyer for the business

7. Manage the process of receiving buyer inquiries

8. Evaluate the background and financial qualifications of all potential buyers by collecting and analyzing their experience and personal financial statements

9. Assist both the seller and the buyer in negotiating mutually agreed upon terms and conditions of a purchase agreement

10. Work with the buyer (when applicable) in applying for, and obtaining approval of, bank or other financing

11. Help the seller and the buyer through "due diligence"...a process whereby the seller provides the buyer with additional information regarding the business{ operations and financial strength

12. Prepare both the seller an the buyer for a successful closing of the sale of the business
