Jeff and Jenna Konieczko are the husband-and-wife owners of Transworld Business Advisors of Ontario, California. As experienced business brokers and exit strategy advisors, they help business owners prepare for and successfully sell their businesses through a structured, confidential, and well-managed process.
Their work centers on preparation, communication, and execution. Rather than pushing businesses to market prematurely, Jeff and Jenna focus on understanding each owner’s goals, positioning the business properly, and managing buyer and seller expectations to support smoother transactions and stronger outcomes.
They serve business owners throughout Ontario, Chino, Upland, and Montclair, working across service-based businesses, manufacturing, distribution, restaurants, and franchise concepts.
Jeff Konieczko
Jeff brings more than 25 years of operational and leadership experience to his role as a business broker. He is a former franchise owner who successfully transformed an underperforming business into Rookie Franchise of the Year and later sold it for approximately four times the original purchase price. This first-hand ownership and exit experience allows Jeff to advise sellers with practical insight into operations, valuation, and transition planning.
Jeff holds a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and applies a servant-leadership mindset to every transaction. His structured, people-centered approach helps manage complex deals while keeping teams, buyers, and sellers aligned throughout the process.
Jenna Konieczko
Jenna brings over 15 years of experience from the real estate industry, where she built and led her own team and developed deep expertise in contract negotiation, transaction management, and deal coordination. As a business broker and professional business coach, Jenna specializes in managing the people and process side of transactions—ensuring communication is clear, timelines are respected, and details are handled with care.
In addition to brokerage services, Jenna works closely with business owners to improve readiness and decision-making prior to sale. Her coaching background allows her to support sellers and buyers who want additional guidance navigating valuation, negotiations, and transition planning.
