Paul R. Corrigan founded Rosetta Valuations in order to provide complete valuations services along with “Feet on the Street” experience. Currently, he serves as Northeast M&A director at Transworld Business advisors of North Boston. Starting his business brokerage career in 2007 at ROI Corporation, he has successfully brokered hundreds of successful business transactions. He oversees other brokers within the office, including their initial training, on-going support, and transaction issue resolutions. In his role as business intermediary, he helps business owners to value, market, and transition their small to mid-sized businesses, to both third party and internal family and/or key employees. Industries in which Paul’s work has focused include HVAC, home healthcare, property management, business services, manufacturing, distribution, and recreation.
Paul quickly determined that one of the earliest and most critical issues in any decision to sell was the question of value and founded Rosetta Valuations, LLC to offer up-to-date technical and supportable valuations. Strong analytical and financial skills afforded him the opportunity to quickly identify a supportable value, based upon buyer’s concerns, clear company financial disclosure and in-depth analysis. He has performed hundreds of valuations from simple reports to conflict resolution cases often over 100 pages. He covers most all industry verticals and relies on a network of business specialty experts when necessary.
He brings over 25 years of personal business experience to work for his clients as well. Prior to joining ROI in 2007, Paul was a Certified Financial Planner™ with the Commonwealth Financial Group for over 10 years. He helped hundreds of clients grow their net worth, which included in many cases their largest asset, a privately held business.
In 1986, Paul started his own computer consulting and software company, which specialized in Computer-aided design and drafting solutions for architects and engineers, developing methods to present information graphically rather than tabular formats. The company was sold in 1997.
Paul is a Board member of NEBBA, the New England Business Broker Association, and a licensed commercial real estate agent. In staying current, he attends many continuing education courses each year in real estate, business brokerage, and valuation.
Currently a member of the Board of Directors at the Rotary Club of Weymouth, MA, Paul is very active in the large club of over 100 members and scheduled to be President after completing his term on the Board.
Paul received his Masters at Cornell University and his BA from the University of Virginia.
