Phil Eleson is a Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Professional (CM&AP), Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), and Managing Director with more than 25 years of professional and business ownership experience. His background includes working with companies ranging from privately held businesses to Fortune 500 organizations, as well as acquiring, operating, growing, and successfully selling businesses of his own.

Since entering business brokerage and M&A advisory, Phil has been recognized as a top producer within Murphy Business Sales for multiple consecutive years. He advises owners of main street and lower middle market companies throughout the sale process, from valuation and exit preparation through buyer negotiations, due diligence, financing, and closing.

Having experienced a business sale firsthand, Phil understands that selling a company is both a financial transaction and a significant personal decision. He is committed to helping owners understand their options, maximize value, reduce transaction risk, and achieve a successful transition aligned with their goals.

Phil earned his MBA from DePaul University.
