Opinion of Value: A business valuation used for businesses with annual sales under $300,000.

Formal Valuation: Also a limited scope valuation, this business asset appraisal is suitable for firms with sales between $1,000,000 and $3,000,000.   • Rolando's journey started as in the United States Marine Corps, where he earned various awards for his deployments overseas. While serving, he studied Finance at San Diego State University. In the early years, Rolando founded a SPDN Network Platinum Provider for Sprint PCS in the Los Angeles Market. He later created a travel company with a hotel in Mexico and leased yachts for harbor cruises to generate travel memberships and wholesale travel. His next venture was a medical marketing company specializing in dentistry, which branched off into supplies and internal practice management. Rolando then entered the service industry and acquired a small portfolio of Papa John's restaurants. Over the years, he has developed an extensive rental property portfolio, with over 50 transactions of his own personally. In the 2000s, Rolando attained his pilot's license and was the Head Coach for Wrestling at Lancaster High School. With his diverse background and entrepreneurial spirit, Rolando brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table, providing unique insights and value to his clients.
