We believe that every buyer should be represented with a Buyer Representation Agreement (BRep). This legally binding contract outlines the duties and responsibilities of both parties, providing clarity and protection throughout the home-buying process. By signing a BRep with Team Wickham, you ensure that we prioritize your needs and interests, guiding you every step of the way.
Please note that it is a requirement for us to have a signed Buyer Representation Agreement before you can view a home with one of our buyer{s agents. This agreement is valid for a 7-day period, during which we will conduct a buyer{s consultation and show you the homes you{re interested in, ensuring a smooth and efficient home-buying experience. At the end of the 7-day period, we can extend the contract if we reach a mutual agreement, or the Buyer{s Representation Agreement will automatically be terminated.
